• You will be charged the price full price listed if you do not cancel within 24 hours of the appointment placed, or if you do not show for your appointment.

• A valid credit card on file is required for all appointments placed.

• All grooming appointments are listed as requests until approved by a staff member. Please be available by phone if we need to change your appointment time.

• If your appointment time does not work with us and we can not get in contact with you, your appointment will be canceled and you will have to submit another appointment request.

  Please be courteous if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. We have a high volume of customers and we are doing our very best to cater to all of our wonderful customers at the highest standard we can offer.
